Who I am

 

I am told repeatedly that I am one of the nicest and smartest guys in business. This is a result of working for over 45 years in businesses large and small, national and global, private and public, cash rich and loss making. I have operated at executive level in many sectors too numerous to list but now have one of the most extensive networks in business across the globe,

 

Why I do this

 

I came from a hard-working, poor family background so I have always been driven to succeed in all I do. I love challenges and creating value and working with like minded people who have the ability to develop and grow successful businesses that benefit themselves, the stakeholders, society and the economy.

 

What I can do for you

 

NON EXECUTIVE SERVICE: I offer to businesses a non-executive directorship and help them deal with major strategic issues and challenges. I am strong on strategy, growth plans, overseas expansion, JV and partnership networks, mergers and acquisitions and exits. A wise head with driven ambition and an entrepreneurial viewpoint.

 

FUND RAISING: I have a very wide network of finance sources for equity and debt and have rasied hundreds of millions of pounds to support businesses on their growth strategy. I have over 2,000 high net worth individuals/family offices in Europe and USA as well as access at the highest of levels to banking institutions. I typically raise from £10m to £200m per transaction and pre-audit all applications to make sure they succeed.
